• Condition: See photos! Vintage, handmade drum with Asian design and markings. I am not the original owner of this instrument so I will describe what I see to the best of my ability. The shell of the drum is a very lightweight wood which stands 13" tall and measures 6.25" in diameter. The kit also includes two drum heads, one which is made of a heavier canvas and the other is some type of skin or synthetic material (different from the canvas). My best guess is that the two heads are placed on the opposite ends of the drum and then strung together with the attached braided rope and hooks through the holes around the circumference of each head to make a two sided drum with differing tones. Also included are two different "drumsticks", one of which is a wooden stick and the other more of a mallet. Finally, the entire kit fits neatly inside a zippered heavy nylon carry sack with foreign design markings printed on the outside. Entire kit in the bag measures roughly 14" tall by 10" wide.
